Please note new street date: September 24. "The Bob's Burgers Music Album Vol. 2" includes nearly every single musil morsel from seasons 7 through 9. This includes actors, comedians, and musicians Adam Driver, Tiany Haddish, Jenny Slate, Daveed Diggs, Max Greenfield, Toddrick Hall, Aparna Nancherla, and Matt Berninger (of the National). For fans of the show, enjoying the music of Bob's Burgers on its own is both an irresistible to-go bag and ultimately a world unto itself. dence Weapon [Parallel World (silver mirror coloured)]

September 10 street date. dence Weapon is Edmonton-born, Toronto-based rapper, producer, writer and poet Rollie Pemberton. Pemberton has released four albums, all of which have been nominated for the Polaris Prize. Short listed for this year's Polaris Prize, "Parallel World" is an album that seeks to unearth the alternate reality that lies beneath the surface of our society, a record that functions as a mirror that exposes the distortions and inequalities that we typilly ignore. dence's most politilly charged album, the songs on "Parallel World" touch on themes of systemic racism, structural inequality, police profiling, gentrifition, the internet's pervasive effects on our lives, and the surveillance state that disproportionately punishes Black people. Using elements of trap, drill, grime and acid house, "Parallel World" is the soundtrack for the dystopian future we've somehow found ourselves in. Limited silver mirror coloured vinyl edition.

        Edwards, Kathleen [Failer (orange vinyl)]

October 8 street date. Acclaimed singer-songwriter Kathleen Edwards will release a FIRST TIME PRESSING of her widely-celebrated debut album "Failer", originally released in 2002. Heralded by Pitchfork as an "accomplished debut," the album will be available on 140gram "orange crush" vinyl.
        Green, Colleen [Cool]

September 10 street date. Colleen Green has always been cool, but on 2015's "I Want To Grow Up", she didn't necessarily feel it. Too young to be free of insecurities but old enough to be sick of them running her life, Green was experiencing an existential crisis. Five years and a new album later, we find her parsing out what it means to be grown-up - and realizing that it's actually pretty cool. Burnt out on bad feelings and ready to have fun with melodies and beats, Green enlisted producer Gordon Raphael (The Strokes) to take her songs to higher ground while keeping her lo-fi aesthetic intact. Raphael was already a fan, having ught a show in L.A. and finding himself "struck by how confident and powerful she looked, even though she was the only one onstage". He agreed to take the gig, and together with drummer Brendan Eder and hip hop producer Aqua over a few weeks in Los Angeles, "Cool" was created. The album's themes come together on the anthemic "It's Nice to Be Nice", Green's reminder to herself that you get what you give, so it's important to try and be the best person you n - a hard-won but essential lesson in the emotional maturity that defines "Cool".
        Gunn, Steve [Other You (2LP)]

August 27 street date. Acclaimed songwriter and guitarist Steve Gunn returns this summer with his stunning new album "Other You". Recorded in Los Angeles with Grammy Award winning producer and engineer Rob Schnapf, Gunn sought to create an album that would push his melodic and compositional sensibilities to thrilling new heights. The resulting tracks find Gunn pushing his cosmic Amerina to exciting new dimensions encompassing elements of prog, jazz, and contemporary classil music. The album, his sixth, also features contributions from Mary Lattimore, Juliana Barwick, Bridget St. John and Jeff Parker.
Jones, leb Landry [Gadzooks Vol. 1 (black)]

September 24 street date. leb Landry Jones is a continual creator. The Texan born star found fame as an actor - you'll recognise him from key roles in "X-Men: First Class", "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri", amongst others - but music is perhaps his first love, and his source of greatest comfort. A chance encounter with famed auteur Jim Jarmusch brought him into the orbit of Sacred Bones, and the stalwart independent released leb's 2020 debut album "The Mother Stone". Psychedelic in a defiantly non-retro way, this indulgent, freewheeling trip won critil acclaim, but masked a secret - he'd already finished another album. "Gadzooks Vol. 1" is unlike anything you've heard before - comparisons range from Skip Spence's fractured masterpiece ‘Oar’ through to skewed troubadour Robyn Hitchcock, via John Lennon's black moods on ‘The White Album’ and Frank Zappa's ustic surrealism. Part of a flood-tide of creativity - as its title suggests, a second half to this album is already on the horizon - "Gadzooks Vol. 1" is thrilling, shocking, and wonderfully entertaining. Each song starts and finishes in entirely unique places, often totally divorced from each other.
Joy Orbison [Still Slipping Vol. 1]

August 13 street date. First ever long form project from Joy Orbison - the artist name of Peter O'Grady. The fourteen track mixtape titled "still slipping vol. 1" is the latest creative milestone from an artist who has been shaping and redefining the electronic music landspe since his teens. Over a dede into a reer that has seen him constantly defying tegorisation, Joy Orbison is more in-demand and relevant than ever. Highly anticipated would be an understatement - so influential are his releases to date, it's difficult to believe he's never released a full length project. The London musician, DJ and producer is undoubtedly one of the most renowned, respected and influential electronic artists of his generation.
Jr. Thomas & The Volnos [Beware (black)]

September 17 street date. Colemine Records is proud to present a reissue of the debut album from Jr. Thomas & The Volnos entitled "Beware". Junior Thomas aka Thomas McDowall is a songwriter, musician, volist and producer born north of Minneapolis. He developed a sincere devotion to classic Jamain music at a young age, listening to such artists as Dave Barker, The Bleechers, The Wailers, Phyllis Dillon and Alton Ellis. After several conversations with reggae producer Brian Dixon, they both realized they were on the same page. Thomas showed up to Dixon's Volno Lounge studio in Los Angeles a few weeks later ready to record. With Thomas and Dixon as the brainchildren and nucleus of the project, they began assembling the musicians now known as The Volnos. The Volnos are a collective of Southern lifornia's most dignified musicians, specializing in Jamai's "Golden Era" sound. Members of the Volnos have worked with countless reggae legends, most notably Jimmy Cliff's 2012 Grammy award winning album "Rebirth".
Judas Priest [Sad Wings Of Destiny (2LP/45rpm)]

September 10 street date. "Sad Wings Of Destiny" is the second studio album by Judas Priest, released in 1976. It is considered the album on which Judas Priest consolidated their sound and image, and songs from it such as "Victim of Changes" and "The Ripper" have since become live standards. It is the only album to feature drummer Alan Moore. This edition of the massively influential classic is being issued as a 2LP set which plays at 45rpm. Includes download rd.
        Karate [Karate]

September 3 street date. Underground rock festered and splintered as it spread through the U.S. in the mid-1990s, the alternative boom giving rise to microcosmic regional scenes singularly focused on feral powerviolence or screamo songs about breakfast. Boston's Karate emerged as a force that could grip a national youth movement whose disparate tastes still commingled in the inky pages of fanzines overflowing with florid prose and on concert lendars for volunteer-run DIY spaces, community centers, and bowling alleys. In this world, Karate's music was an enigma, one equally inviting to sneering punks and highfalutin indie-rock aficionados. Their 1996 self-titled debut, issued on Southern Records, set the standard. Lasooing together white-knuckle post-hardcore tension, sharply focused slowcore serenity, and resplendent jazz complexity, Karate eschewed settling in any one definiable style. But they certainly used the language of punk to get their point across; ocsionally, guitarist Geoff Farina abandons his warm, hushed dences for a hoarse shout that made him sound ragged, intensifying an aggression that burst out with every snaggletoothed guitar riff or drum snap that went off like nonfire.
Larkin Poe & Nu Deco Ensemble [Paint The Roses (Live In Concert) (orange)]

September 24 street date. Innovative hybrid orchestra Nu Deco Ensemble brought their genre-bending orchestral music to fans around the world through their 2020-2021 virtual performance season including a collaborative concert with Larkin Poe on December 12, 2020, streamed live from the Miami Beach Bandshell. It was at the Nu Deco Ensemble collaborative concert that Larkin Poe got to play their "Self Made Man" album songs for the first time in front of a social distanced audience. "Self Made Man" is undeniably the Lovell's most wide reaching, artistilly adventurous, and self-determined work to date, finding the multi-instrumentalist sister duo pushing their music and message towards hitherto unexplored terrain. Inspired by their epic world travels yet still powerfully rooted in the creative heritage of their beloved Amerin South, the album was ambitious in both its eclectic, energetic sound and it's resolutely welcoming mission, its universal lyril approach fueled by tradition, invention, and Larkin Poe's remarkable ability to touch the hearts and souls of their fellow humans worldwide.
Letts, Don [Late Night Tales Presents Version Excursion (2LP-180g/black)]

September 24 street date. Don Letts' slippery and unorthodox reer is somewhat hard to define, without taking a few detours around London, New York, and Jamai. He began his working life managing the dauntingly hip Acme Attractions on Chelsea's Kings Road, where he made a mark with his attitude, dress and, especially, the pounding dub reggae that vibrated the shop’s walls. His first gig as a DJ at the short-lived Roxy in Neal Street, beme mythil for turning a generation of punks on to reggae. In the 1980s, he was part of Mick Jones’ new venture, Big Audio Dynamite and his innovative use of samples were a core part of their sound. This version excursion crosses time space and genre, with reggae and dub artists (and artists influenced by reggae and dub) such as John Holt, Khruangbin, Ghetto Priest, OBF, and Matumbi covering tracks from from The Beach Boys to The Beatles, Nina Simone to Marvin Gaye, The Bee Gees to Kool & The Gang, The Clash to Joy Division, and beyond.
        Low [Hey What]

September 10 street date. Focusing on their craft, staying out of the fray, and holding fast their faith to find new ways to express the discord and delight of being alive, to turn the duality of existence into hymns we n share, Low present "Hey What". These ten pieces - each built around their own instantaneous, undeniable hook - are turbocharged by the vivid textures that surround them. The ineffable, familiar harmonies of Alan Sparhawk and Mimi Parker break through the chaos like a life raft. Layers of distorted sound accrete with each new verse - building, breaking, colossal then restrained, a solemn vow only whispered. There will be time to unravel and attribute meaning to the music and art of these times, but the creative moment looks FORWARD, with teeth. "Hey What" is Low's thirteenth full-length release in twenty-seven years, and their third with producer BJ Burton.
Mcughan, Mac [The Sound Of Yourself]

September 24 street date. Throughout his reer fronting Superchunk and Portastatic, Mac Mcughan has channeled more than his share of angst into a microphone, resulting in undeniable rock anthems. So how n a voice so familiar to others still seem foreign to its owner? On "The Sound of Yourself", Mcughan's second release under his own name, he explores that question fully, shooting his voice through a prism and refracting it across these songs in new and rewarding ways. Mcughan leaned into allowing randomness and accidents to talyze his compositions. Instrumentals make up nearly half of "The Sound of Yourself", and are integral to the album's atmosphere. While the pop-oriented tracks hint at sounds explored on "Non-Believers", Mcughan's recent scoring work and frequent excursions with synthesizers and sequencers add a particularly crystalline spaciness akin to The Durutti Column and Bowie's Berlin trilogy.
Moor Mother [Black Encyclopedia Of the Air]

September 17 street date. "Black Encyclopedia Of the Air" is here, not to save but to drown you. Heads better learn how to swim use listen, this record is beat soup, hearty yet still minimal, a sonic mirage of prophetic soul that drop kicks your "chill beats to study to" Youtube playlist and hyper-intellectual rap podsts into a hadron collider; it's only black matter on the other side - 13 mesmerizing tracks about memory and imprinting and the future, all of them wafting through untouched space like the ghostly cinders of a world on fire, unbound and uncharted, vast and stretching across the universe. Moor Mother is a holographic figment of an Afrotopian dream, all at once goddess and warrior, mystic and cyborg, griot and future time traveller, etching noisy pieces of reverie into our consciousness for dedes now. "Black Encyclopedia Of the Air" is just what we need: a post-everything, 12:01 on the doomsday clock, anti-trip hop type of situation.
        Numan, Gary [Warriors (orange)]

September 24 street date. LP reissue of Gary Numan's fifth album "Warriors", on limited edition orange vinyl. Originally released in 1983 and co-produced with Bill Nelson, the album continues Numan's ambient-funk experimentations and has aged very well. Gary spoke about "Warriors" in an interview years ago - he said "I still like a lot of the Warriors stuff and Bill Nelson did a lot of very inventive things on it which, beuse of our differences, I failed to appreciate at the time. I think the Mad Max image convinced a lot of people, the press especially, that it was a sci-fi album. Much of it though was actually quite autobiographil. Warriors was written, in the main, in a hotel room in Jersey. My girlfriend had just left me, I'd been evicted from the house I was living in and I felt pretty much alone in more ways than one. Despite its surface gloss of futurism it was really very inward looking. To me the image was meant to represent someone fighting for survival as much as anything". In a reer that spans over forty years, the music evolves and the themes change. But fans remain fascinated by Numan for the very fact that he's so uncompromising. Gary recently released his twenty-first album "Intruder" in May 2021.
        Olsen, Angel [Aisles (EP)]

September 24 street date (for vinyl) / October 8 (for ssette). EP including covers of songs originally by Billy Idol, Laura Branigan, Men Without Hats, Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, and Alphaville. "I wanted to record 80's songs that I'd overheard walking the aisles at the grocery store, and I needed to laugh and have fun and be a little less serious about the recording process in general. I thought about completely changing some of the songs and turning them inside out. I'd heard "Gloria" by Laura Branigan for the first time at a family Christmas gathering and I was amazed at all the aunts who got up to dance. I imagined them all dancing and laughing in slow motion, and that's when I got the idea to slow the entire song down and try it out n this way. I felt that "Safety Dance" by Men Without Hats could be reinterpreted to be about this time of quarantine and the fear of being around anyone or having too much fun. It made me wonder, is it safe to laugh or dance or be free of it all for just a moment? I know it's not really in my history to do something unintentional or just for the hell of it but my connection to these songs is pretty straightforward, I just wanted to have a little fun and be a little more spontaneous, and I think I needed to remember that I could!" - Angel Olsen.
Pixies [Trompe Le Monde (green/30th Anniversary edition)]

September 24 street date. For its 30th anniversary, Pixies 1991 album, "Trompe Le Monde", is being reissued on limited marbled green vinyl. "Trompe Le Monde" bookended a golden run of landmark records - a mini-album followed by four albums, released in quick succession - that cemented Pixies as one of the best for a generation. "Trompe Le Monde" showed the band still restless to push their sound forward. Recorded between Burbank, Paris, and London, with producer Gil Norton again at the controls, their fourth album is arguably their most playful, with Black Francis's lyrics on UFOs and conspiracy theories keeping things weird while power pop creeps in to amplify the space rock established on predecessor "Bossanova". Featuring singles "Planet of Sound," "Alec Eiffel," "Letter to Memphis," and a flawless cover of The Jesus and Mary Chain's "Head On," "Trompe Le Monde" goes full throttle with 15 tracks coming in a quickfire 40-minute salvo. Receiving critil praise at the time and being supported by a huge tour that included playing stadiums with U2, it also proved to be the end of act one for the band, with them taking over a dede before returning to the stage together.
Public Service Broadsting [Bright Magic (black)]

September 24 street date. London-based trio Public Service Broadsting have created their own unique brand of art rock (ll it History Rock) that dives deep into a historil subjects and creates a compelling body of work around the chosen theme. "Bright Magic" is named after a collection of short stories by Alfred D?blin. The album is primarily about Berlin as a magnet for creative people and creativity and the city as a nvas or a prism for refracting ideas and spreading them in new and interesting ways. As with all PSB releases there has been thorough research into the subject and a meticulous level of detail. The album was written and recorded entirely at Hansa Studios in Berlin and the artists resided there for the 6 month duration. Hansa is a world-renowned facility responsible for classic albums by the likes of David Bowie, Iggy Pop and Depeche Mode. The artwork was designed by Berlin artist Torsten Posselt, who has a long relationship with the Erased Tapes label, and has designed art for the likes of Nils Frahm, Olafur Arnalds, Kiasmos, and Rival Consoles among others.
        Shad [TAO (blue vinyl)]

October 1 street date. Over the course of five records to date, JUNO Award-winning Toronto rapper Shad has used an array of old-school tools to tackle modern problems, addressing the indignities and absurdities of our world through a shapeshfiting melange of boom-bap breaks, dusty soul samples, jazzy improvisation, and 10 dollar words rolled into thousand-dollar rhymes. But after weaving his myriad musil and philosophil interests into a narrative socio-politil song cycle - 2018's "A Short Story About a War" - Shad began building his sixth record, "TAO", from a much simpler concept: an image of a circle. Though, in true Shad fashion, he saw something much more profound within its basic round boundaries. On a track-by-track basis, "TAO" examines the many different fragments that make up who we are, forsaking the explicit narrative connectivity of "A Short Story About a War" for a more implicit thematic framework. And where its predecessor's intense subject matter naturally channeled a more intense, even aggressive spirit, the looser structure of "TAO" allows Shad to return to his "natural strike zone" of more playful, block-rocking bops - the sort of tracks that might make you smile and snicker even as they unpack such thorny topics as race, pitalism, and technologil dependency.
        Sofa [Source Crossfire (2LP-180g)]

September 17 street date. A searing, brooding collection documenting the recorded output of one of Montreal's most shadowy, notorious, ptivating underground art-rock ensembles of the mid-90s (and the first band to be released on Constellation). In the words of one music writer of the era: "like Slint and Big Black meeting for a Joy Division reunion". Charting the quartet's febrile evolution through the sonic palettes of North Amerin post-hardcore and slowcore admixed with early UK post-punk, goth and dark lounge, "Source Crossfire" rounds up Sofa's 1997 album "Grey" (originally released on CD only) along with selections from two prior self-released ssettes. Record #1 reimagines "Grey", newly sequenced to create distinct loud/fast and soft/slow vinyl sides. Record #2 mirrors this, with four tracks of intense pitch-black material on Side One and three early examples of Sofa's sombre balladry on Side Two, culled from the band's 1995 ssette material. Pressed at Optimal Germany with gatefold jacket, printed inners, and two 12"x24" art posters featuring the photography of acclaimed visual artist (and Sofa volist) Brad Todd.
        Suuns [The Witness (clear)]

September 3 street date. SUUNS' fifth full-length album "The Witness" once again marks a shrewdly offbeat left turn. The tried-and-true narrative for a band of this nature is always to ‘move to the deep end’ or ‘out of the comfort zone’. In some ways that rings true on "The Witness", though one could say these eight movements actually show SUUNS in their most comfortable, ndid state. Self-recorded and self-produced over the majority of 2020 - a year of strife, solitude and reflection - "The Witness" finds the band holding a magnifying glass over their own default state of playing and performing. It's a swift departure from previous album "Felt", which exults in harvesting haphazard ideas in their embryonic, demoed versions, as if letting loose a glorious firework display into the heavens.
